v1.4.27 · 408.1 MB

Run multiple AI coding agents (Claude Code, Codex, etc.) in isolated worktrees with your own subscriptions, on desktop and mobile.

Core Features

  • No login required — use your own Claude Code, Codex, or Grok subscription
  • Isolated git worktrees for each agent — no stashing or branch switching
  • Multi-agent terminals with tabs and panes
  • Built-in source control: review diffs, quick edits, commit
  • Native GitHub integration: PRs, issues, Actions per worktree

What It Can't Do

  • Orca is not a general-purpose editor; you will still need an external editor for direct code editing. AI agents require your own valid subscriptions (e.g., API keys for Claude Code). The mobile app currently only monitors and controls already running agents; you cannot start new tasks from the phone.

Use Cases

  • Parallel code generation for different features or bug fixes across branches
  • Start agents on your desktop, then monitor progress and accept/reject changes from your phone

Detailed Introduction

Orca is a next-generation IDE built for developers who want to harness the power of multiple AI coding agents simultaneously. Unlike traditional IDEs that lock you into one AI provider, Orca lets you bring your own subscriptions (Claude Code, Codex, Grok, Gemini, and many more) and run them in parallel within isolated git worktrees. Each agent gets its own dedicated terminal, source control view, and GitHub integration — no stashing, no branch juggling. Orca also offers SSH support for remote machines, a mobile companion app for controlling agents on the go, and built-in notifications. The main caveat: Orca is not a general-purpose IDE; it focuses entirely on multi-agent orchestration and code review. For direct code editing, you may still need an external editor.
