Open source self-hosted omnichannel customer support desk with live chat, email, automations, and AI assist in a single binary.

Core Features

  • Unified inbox for live chat, email, and more
  • Embedded live chat widget with real-time interaction
  • Granular permissions and custom roles for teams
  • Powerful automations with conditional rules
  • AI-assisted response rewriting (friendly, professional, polished)

What It Can't Do

  • Requires a running PostgreSQL database; must set system user password on first run; AI features may need external API keys (e.g., OpenAI); automations and SLA setup have a learning curve; AGPL-3.0 license requires compliance if redistributed.

Use Cases

  • Centralized customer support for e-commerce and SaaS businesses
  • Self-hosted help desk for privacy-conscious organizations
