v1.1.1 · 38.7 MB

Self-hosted RSS reader with speed, keyboard shortcuts, and Fever API support.

Core Features

  • Keyboard shortcuts (Google Reader style) for fast navigation
  • Unread tracking, bookmarks, and full-text search
  • RSS/Atom auto-discovery and folder organization
  • Fever API compatible (works with Reeder, Unread, FeedMe)
  • Responsive PWA web UI, single binary or Docker deploy

What It Can't Do

  • Only use empty password mode in trusted local networks. Fever API requires setting FUSION_FEVER_USERNAME. Read .env.example for all options before production use.

Use Cases

  • Self-hosting a private RSS reader to avoid third-party tracking
  • Power users who prefer keyboard-driven workflow
  • Users who want to sync with native apps like Reeder via Fever API

Fusion is a modern, lightweight RSS reader designed for speed and focus. It features a fast reading workflow with unread tracking, bookmarks, full-text search, and Google Reader-style keyboard shortcuts. It supports RSS/Atom feed parsing, automatic feed discovery, and group organization. Fusion is compatible with the Fever API, allowing you to use popular third-party clients like Reeder, Unread, and FeedMe. It offers a responsive web UI with PWA support, making it feel like a native app. Deployment is simple: single binary or Docker, and it includes built-in i18n for 8 languages. By design, Fusion has no AI features, keeping the experience distraction-free. It is perfect for users who want a fast, self-hosted RSS reader without unnecessary complexity.
