v4.16.0 · 36 MB

Self-hosted cloud drive with multi-cloud storage and torrent downloading.

Core Features

  • Support local, remote, OneDrive, S3-compatible, Qiniu, Aliyun OSS, Tencent COS and more storage backends
  • Direct upload/download between client and storage providers
  • Integrated Aria2 / qBittorrent for background downloading
  • WebDAV support for all storage backends
  • Drag-and-drop upload with resumable parallel transfers

What It Can't Do

  • Default port is 5212; ensure your firewall allows it. For production, use a reverse proxy (e.g., Nginx) and a persistent database (MySQL/SQLite). The initial admin password is printed in the console logs on first run—save it immediately.

Use Cases

  • Personal private cloud drive replacing public services like Google Drive
  • Small team file sharing and collaboration
  • Setting up a torrent downloading server with remote management

Detailed Introduction

Cloudreve is a self-hosted file management system that supports storing files on local disks, remote nodes, OneDrive, S3-compatible services, Qiniu Kodo, Aliyun OSS, Tencent COS, Huawei OBS, Kingsoft KS3, and Upyun. It offers client-to-storage direct upload/download, integrates Aria2 and qBittorrent for background downloading, and supports WebDAV across all storage backends. Additional features include drag-and-drop upload with resumable parallel transfers, media metadata extraction, multi-user and multi-group management, share links with expiration, online preview of videos/images/audio/ePub/Office files, and customizable themes. The all-in-one package requires no complex configuration to get started, making it ideal for personal or small-team cloud storage.

Troubleshooting & FAQ (1)

Troubleshooting
Why is Cloudreve custom footer appearing after the </body> tag and how to fix it?

The custom footer setting injects content after </body> due to a bug in the frontend template (see GitHub issue #3456). As a workaround, use the 'Custom HTML' field instead – it places code correctly before </body>. If you still need to use the custom footer, manually edit the frontend index.html to move the {siteScript} placeholder before </body>. No official patch available yet.
