skills CLI 会复制包含 SKILL.md 的目录中的所有文件。如果 SKILL.md 位于仓库根目录，npx skills add nutlope/hallmark 会复制整个仓库，包括 docs/、site/、package.json、README.md、ROADMAP.md 和 vercel.json。
解决方法是将该 skill 移入一个专用的子目录，例如：
