문제 해결Windows 11에서 browser-use를 실행할 때 발생하는 'An Application Control policy has blocked this file' (WinError 4551) 오류를 해결하는 방법
이것은 악성코드가 아닙니다: Windows 11 Smart App Control (SAC)이 uv/uvx가 생성하는 서명되지 않은 browser-use.exe 콘솔 스크립트 런처를 차단합니다(Code Integrity 이벤트 3033/3077, Authenticode 상태 NotSigned). 소비자용 SAC에는 앱별 허용 목록이 없으므로 이를 예외로 설정할 수 있는 토글이 없습니다.
우회 방법: 대신 Python 인터프리터를 통해 패키지를 호출하여 서명되지 않은 .exe 스텁을 완전히 우회합니다:
