skills CLI は、SKILL.md を含むディレクトリ内のすべてのファイルをコピーします。SKILL.md がリポジトリのルートにある場合、npx skills add nutlope/hallmark を実行すると、docs/、site/、package.json、README.md、ROADMAP.md、vercel.json を含むリポジトリ全体がコピーされてしまいます。
これを修正するには、スキルを専用のサブディレクトリに移動します。例:
